Keeping It Off For Good

Anything is possible if you work hard at it. For years my weight was an issue. I can't tell you how many times I dropped the ball and started all over again. Finally after using the excuse that taking care of my family was the cause I looked deep inside myself and realized that I held the power to getting fit and feeling healthy.

I'm not an expert nor am I a nutritionist. I am an average woman who wants desperately to stay healthy and feel good about myself. As I write this blog I am hoping that my tips and tricks for doing just that will help at least one other person realize how obtainable keeping your weight off can be.

Getting there is only half the battle. It will be 7 years in August for me. I say that like an alcoholic talks of sobriety, or a drug addict counts the days not using. It is for me just like that only food is the enemy. I am learning all over how to make it my friend and I know others can too.
